As Regatta Chair of the just completed Nationals, Bill (and his wife, Barbara) take over the Rebels' equivalent of the Olympic torch, the sacred Mint Julep bucket, which alas, last year's Nationals hosts allowed to be "extinguished" by failing to ensure that it arrived primed with Mint Julep at this awards dinner. "That sure won't happen in 2008!" Barbara ...
